Florida will have ferries to Cuba
The US government has announced it will allow ferry service between Florida and Cuba. The service will be especially useful for people traveling to Cuba to bring supplies to family members, as the ferries will allow more luggage and offer cheaper ticket prices than do airlines. Ferry companies project ticket prices will be $300-$400 round trip per person.

Still, American tourists are not allowed to travel to Cuba. To be granted access to the island, Americans will have to meet one of twelve requirements which include traveling for educational purposes, to visit family, to participate in Humanitarian projects or religious activities.
