Grand Theft Auto is one of the most cinematic video game franchises of all time, but the first GTA-themed feature film will actually be all about Sam Houser, the founder of the company that created the series.

Daniel Radcliffe, best known for playing the boy wizard Harry Potter, will star as Houser in a legal drama based on the real life court struggles of Rockstar Games.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film (currently titled Rockstar Games) will focus on the years in which Houser did battle with an attorney named Jack Thompson who was obsessed with stopping violence in video games. Thompson was disbarred in 2008 for inappropriate behavior.

Owen Harris, a Black Mirror veteran, will direct what just might be The People vs. Larry Flynt for the video game era.
