Ever since Chuck Berry sang horribly in Helsinki in 2013, Finland has been considering refunding ticket prices to victims of bad concerts, and now it's a real thing. The Finnish Consumer Disputes Board has ruled that the event organizers are responsible for refunding 50% of the ticket price for sub-par performances.

Board chairman Paul Stahlberg says that an atypical subjective opinion isn't enough to get a refund. “What is significant is a generally agreed view that the concert was a failure, as it was in the Chuck Berry case.”
