Economists are saying that the US economy in the past few months was the strongest it's been since the recession. In June, US employers added 223,000 jobs and the unemployment rate fell to 5.3 percent - the lowest it's been in seven years.

Employers are increasingly hiring in anticipation of new business, rather than what is typical of early phases of economic recovery when business only hire new employees when its essential. Economists expect that the Federal Reserve will start raising interest rates as early as September.
