A 'new' dinosaur was discovered and it's name is Wendiceratops.

The dino has a distinctive frill around its neck and is also one of the oldest known horned dinosaurs. "The frill is sort of ornamented by a pretty spectacular wave of gnarly hooks that project forward," says paleontologist David Evans.

The Triceratops may have used its horns to fight T-Rex in the late Cretaceous. But the whacky ornamentation of Wendiceratops and most of the other 60ish horned dinosaurs were more likely to use their crowns to impress the ladies.
