UK adds three-year-old to extremist watch list
A three-year-old kid in London has been added to a watch list of potential extremists and radicals. The child is one of many youngsters in the UK's anti-extremism 'Channel' process, the government's Orwellian attempt de-radicalize people as a preventative measure. The three-year-old was a member of a family that had reportedly been showing suspect behavior. So far 1,069 people have reportedly been put in the government's anti-extremism program.

Over 400 people under 18 have been referred to the Channel process since September 2014.
Roughly half of the people who went to Syria and Iraq to join ISIS were from London.
