The federal government is considering building a teenage FBI
According to a report from the US Department of Justice of the Inspector General, is following in the footsteps of the NSA and CIA by reviewing programs to "develop and attract high school students" for their cyber crime division. Additionally, the report notes that the FBI is considering student loan repayment programs as incentives for new hires in order to compete with other employers in the private sector.
This is especially important considering that federal law enforcement considers cyber crime to be third in importance following counterintelligence and counterterrorism. Applicants were said to be put off by the FBI's comparatively low wages and its tough stance on drug use.

Earlier this week, the intelligence agency hosted an event in Cleveland where 45 high schools from 36 schools spent three days participating in hands-on activities as a part of “The 2015 Cleveland Future Agents in Training Academy.”
